If you're looking for work and have experience with this company I'd recommend trying at a different location because there's a particular hiring manager here that will not hire you even if you have management experience. I could say that I wasn't hired because of the color of my skin but I prefer to have some hope left for humanity.

There are four positions available, the one I applied for I have experience to do the job and I have outstanding employment references from my previous jobs so how does one not get the job?
