My best friend and I recently visited The Old Mill restaurant in Acworth Georgia. The atmosphere was warm with a mild deco décor. I found the food to be outstanding. Not only was it well prepared with the finest of fresh ingredients but the presentation was picturesque. Our server Jamie was warm and friendly always arriving at the table with a smile and the best of service. Never thinking that a fine restaurant like this would be tucked away in Acworth, it is truly worth the trip. I made reservations for brunch requesting Jamie. A few days past and she personally called me to thank me and say that she would not be working. She said I will find out if I can come in and take care of your party. Personal thought and service like this is unheard of these days. My guest and I were beyond impressed with this restaurant. If you’re ever near the area, I can guarantee that making stop at the fine old mill will leave you going away with satisfaction and a smile on your face. Definitely worth the trip.
