Critter Catchers at 3620 Walden Lane, Acworth, Georgia.

So 3-4 weeks go by and the problem is now worse. Called Mike to let him know on Friday (granted it's coming up on Memorial Day) I haven't heard back so I am assuming they wont honor their work. 1-yr warranty comes with exclusion, because I didn't get an exclusion service, Mike just leaves me hanging. Critters came back and in even fuller force and now I'm stuck hiring another company. Would have worked with Mike, had he called me back, but it's been 4 days now since I've called letting him know the problem is worse. Does any company out there have any integrity? Honor your work...it's not like I'm asking you to do something outside of the work I contracted you for.
