The team at Final Touch was fantastic to work with on the estimate and installation of my new luxury vinyl plank floors. I LOVE them!

Water damage to wood flooring in kitchen. 5 Star came as a subcontractor to Tidal Wave Response LLC. While only a portion of the flooring on the 2nd story of my townhouse was damaged, 5 Star said they needed to replace all of the wood flooring because they wouldn't be able to match existing (undamaged) flooring. 5 Star and Tidal Wave obtained insurance company approval to remove and install all new hard wood flooring.

5 Star did good work, including cleaning up each day. When they finished there were a couple of small areas where I thought the finish didn't quite match. 5 Star sent the Project Manager to look at the problem, had a senior tech try to even up and match adjacent boards. It didn't look too bad to me but 5 Star's Project Manager said it was unacceptable!

5 Star stood behind its work, moved all of the furniture off the 2nd floor, buffed the entire 2nd floor and applied another coat of polyurethane. The result was a floor that looked 5 times better! OUTSTANDING RESULT.

Brazilian company, Project Manager and Owner take pride in their work and responsibility for the end product. In a day and age when we complain about poor workmanship and companies not backing up their work - 5 Star showed me that some companies do it the old fashioned way!
