Consistent, reliable service. The only problem I ever had was that one time I received the bill via email, but it was blank. When they threatened to cancel for non payment, I called to see what happened. They waived the late fee and were very proactive about fixing the email issues. The recycling guys have come by when I’m at the bus stop and they smiled and waved at my son telling him to have a good day at school. They even called to tell me that my pick up times may be different (I don’t temember why). The office staff is friendly and professional as well. A lot of people complain about these folks and I’m not sure why.
